Easy Chicken and Mushroom Stew

Ingredients
- 15 ml Oil
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1 red pepper (seeded and sliced)
- 250g button mushrooms (sliced)
- 500g chicken thighs (skin removed)
- 400ml water
- 45ml Knorr Stew granules
- 5ml dried Italian herbs
- 15 ml Oil
Instructions
Microwave the onion and oil in a Large Oval Roaster for 5 minutes on high. Add the chicken and all of the remaining ingredients and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, or until done.
